Social Responsibility is one of the nine operating principles of Credit Unions, and one that FLFCU takes very seriously.

Which is why we choose to celebrate International Credit Union every year by giving back to our community. Last year we performed Random Acts of Kindness in our communities. This year, we’re Paying It Forward to other individuals and organizations in our communities who, like Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union, devote time and resources to taking care of people in our community.

Members were asked to nominate their own favorite organizations and individuals this year to receive special recognition on ICU Day. Only three organizations will be choses, but FLFCU is already planning ways to recognize and reward every nominated individual/organization in 2017 as part of our 50 Year Anniversary, so stay tuned!
