CORONAVIRUS UPDATE- LOBBIES REOPENING

We are pleased to inform you we will be reopening branch lobbies on Thursday, June 4th for all your member servicing needs. We will be returning to normal business hours in all locations effective on this date. Please click here for our branch hours and locations.

The health and well-being of our staff and members remains of utmost concern. We have implemented several health and safety precautions including:

  • Installing protective glass at each member facing workstation

  • All employees will wear masks when working with members

  • We have educated our staff on the latest CDC health recommendations

  • We will request members to wear masks while in our offices and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

  • We will make every effort to provide efficient service, however we may limit the number of members allowed entry to our offices at any one time to maintain social distancing.

  • We have implemented strict cleaning guidelines and will routinely disinfect all high traffic touch points in each location.

  • Members in need of member service or lending support will be required to answer health screening questions. For priority service, we encourage members to call ahead to schedule appointments.

 

For your convenience, we will continue to regularly monitor night drop and process transactions throughout each business day. We encourage members to continue utilizing convenience services when possible, such as mobile banking, online banking, bill pay, online loan applications and ATM.

We are committed to the well-being of our membership and are here to help in any way we can. Thank you for your continued trust in us to meet your financial needs, and your support and cooperation as we continue to evaluate and make decisions based on the safety and well-being of our employees, members and the communities we serve.

Many fraudsters will attempt to use this fluid situation to their advantage. It is important that you remain vigilant in your efforts to protect your personal information.
