Executive Vice President Retail Operations
Executive Vice-President of Retail Operations to direct all aspects of our member facing operations. Management of retail operations includes lending, collections, marketing, and branch operations The EVP will be responsible for directing all aspects of our retail operations including short and long term planning, recommending programs and policies, development of new products and services, staff development and communication of strategic goals and objectives. Qualified candidate will have seven plus years of experience managing branch operations with background in lending, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity. Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred. Extensive knowledge of regulatory issues and proven ability to develop financial products and services. Excellent communication skills both written and oral, as well as project management skills. Computer experience and a proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Access database experience required. Senior Vice President / CFO
Senior Vice President/ CFO to enhance the organizations finance, accounting and operations functions. The SVP/ CFO will be responsible for providing strategic fiscal leadership, creating accounting and operation department efficiency, driving a budgeting process based on achieving organizational goals and initiatives, and conducting profitability analysis on all levels within the Credit Union. Additionally, this individual will oversee asset and liability management, investments, ensure compliance with Credit Union regulations and accounting standards, and will have an active role in the strategic planning process. Successful candidate will have seven plus years of experience managing fiscal operations within a financial institution, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity. Extensive knowledge of GAAP and experience in market analysis and financial forecasting, required. Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred. Excellent communication skills both written and oral, project management skills, and experience providing strategic direction. Computer experience and a proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Access database experience required. General computer experience and knowledge of Windows operating systems, Word, Excel and Access.
